چکیده
The literature on physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, social sciences, arts and other related areas demonstrates in the last years a very strong trend in the use of Information Theory. Specially the strong interdisciplinary interest [1-3] the complexity studies [4-6] and some recent publications [7,8] demonstrated that there is no consensus on what information is, no consensus on the necessity of an epistemological conception of information. This goal would require the exploration of a wide variety of disciplines including philosophy and science.
